Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Most customers are at work. You can leave a key, a lockbox code, or a smart-lock code in your booking notes, and we will text you when the team arrives and again when they leave.
What does the re-clean promise actually cover?
Anything on the checklist for the service you booked. Send us a message within 24 hours of the visit, point at what was missed, and we return to redo it at no charge. It is not a refund scheme and it is not limited to a number of uses.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything including the vacuum. If you would rather we used your products, leave them out and add a note to the booking.
Are the products safe around pets and small children?
Our standard kit is fragrance-free and plant-derived. We only reach for stronger products on grout and oven interiors, and we will tell you before we do.
How do you choose your cleaners?
Everyone is employed by us rather than subcontracted, background-checked before their first job, and paid above the local median. That is the main reason our teams stay long enough for you to see the same faces.
What if I need to move or cancel a booking?
Change or cancel free up to 24 hours before the visit. Inside 24 hours we charge half, because the team has already been scheduled and turned other work down.
